1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing topkoro.net, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or using any service provided by topkoro, you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. 5.1 General Bonus Conditions

5.2 Eligibility for Bonuses

5.3 Wagering Requirements

5.5 Promotional Calendar

All such promotions are subject to these General Bonus Conditions and any specific terms published at the time of the promotion.

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your topkoro account at any time by contacting the support team at support[at]topkoro.net. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real money balance. Bonus Funds remaining in an account at the time of a player-initiated closure are forfeited. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion through topkoro's responsible gaming tools. Self-exclusion results in the permanent closure of your account and the suppression of all marketing communications from topkoro. Players who self-exclude may request a withdrawal of any real money balance remaining at the time of self-exclusion, subject to standard KYC and AML checks. 7.3 Suspension or Closure by topkoro

topkoro reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where topkoro reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The account has been involved in fraudulent, criminal, or suspicious financial activity.
• The player is under the age of 18.
• Account security has been compromised and closure is necessary to protect the player or the platform.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require topkoro to cease providing services to the player.

In the event of a closure initiated by topkoro for reasons other than player breach, any verified real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited.

7.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not been logged into for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. topkoro may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant account balances. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fees are applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and, if requested, complete a re-verification of your identity.
